Extension with Roof Lantern

This was a small 4m x 4m extension to a residential property in Holywell. It features a roof lantern installed on the flat roof and new aluminium bi-fold doors opening out onto a raised decking area.

This was a damaged retaining wall we demolished and rebuilt in Holywell. Re-Enforcement bar in the footings and through the whole wall with a timber panelled fence installed for privacy.

This is an extension we completed from start to finish on Tarporley CE Primary School over the summer holidays. We completed the whole build in 5 weeks with a day to spare before the children came back to school.
